Con Fausto Ferrante, chef del ristorante “Da Fausto” di Fondi e docente del corso “Manager della ristorazione” dell’Academy Bio Campus, gli allievi hanno trascorso una magnifica giornata presso l’azienda agricola “Orto La Rocca” a Sperlonga.
Dopo un percorso all’interno di serre in piena vegetazione, gli allievi sono stati all’interno del moderno magazzino dove Jessica La Rocca ha spiegato che la produzione viene eseguita in tutte le sue fasi con metodi innovativi che assicurano elevati standard qualitativi.
La giornata si è conclusa con la degustazione del Bellone Castore Cincinnato, vino di raffinata eleganza, ottimo in abbinamento alle creazioni, profumate e gustose, dello chef Fausto Ferrante con protagonisti i fiori commestibili e le erbe aromatiche.
