Dopo aver concluso il percorso di analisi sensoriale, nell’ambito della certificazione da sommelier I livello Fisar, gli allievi dell’Academy sono stati ad Itri nell’ Azienda Agricola Monti Cecubi.
Con l’agronomo Antonio Velardo gli studenti hanno appreso tutti i segreti della viticoltura e del processo di vinificazione per poi procedere alla degustazione tecnica con il responsabile Fisai Biagio De Parolis.
Tra un rosato e un Vermentino gli allievi hanno compreso l’arte dell’abbinamento tra vini ed eccellenze enogastronomiche del territorio come l’olio extravergine di oliva Monocultivar Itrana marchio Monti Cecubi.
